Welcome to Meadows Edge Cabins!

Meadows Edge Cabins offers for rent two non-smoking cabins. Each includes a private bedroom with a queen size bed & separate full bathroom. The common area includes a queen size pull out sofa.   All linens & bath towels are provided for your convenience. Each kitchenette is equipped with an electric range, oven, pots, pans, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker & all utensils.

Outside we provide you a private picnic table & charcoal grill. You provide your own charcoal. No wood please.

A wood burning fire pit is available, weather conditions permitting.

Your pet is welcome for an additional non-refundable fee. Limit of 2 pets per cabin. (Please click on Pet Policy)

Come and explore the miles of scenic Forest Roads, marked Hiking Trails or just sit back, relax and enjoy the fresh air and quiet surroundings.

• A minimum two night stay is required unless otherwise noted.
• A minimum three night stay is required during holidays.
• A minimum four night stay is required during large game hunting seasons.
• Maximum of four adults allowed per cabin.
• Sorry no tents or RV’s allowed.

Hunters Welcome! ... But, Cleaning Deposit is Required

A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required during large game hunting seasons.

Your cleaning deposit will gladly be returned to you once our cabin has been inspected and found to be left in satisfactory condition.

Daily Rate

$95.00 + tax per night for up to 2 people, price subject to change.

$10.00 per night for each additional person, children included.

Limit of 4 adults allowed per cabin.

10% discount given for 7 or more consecutive nights stayed.

Check in time is 3:00 pm.

Check out time is 10:00 am.

• Minimum two night stay required unless otherwise noted.
• Minimum three night stay required during holidays for example: Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, etc.
• Minimum four night stay required during scheduled Arizona Game and Fish hunts and select New Mexico hunts.

Monthly Rate

Reservation Policy applies.

$1,400.00 per month for up to 2 people:

30 consecutive nights stayed.

Utilities are included. Laundry facilities available upon request.

Extra guest charge will be determined upon number of nights stayed at $10.00 per night per guest.

Permission required for number of extra guests allowed prior to their arrival.

Maximum of 4 adults allowed per cabin applies.

Cleaning services during your stay are not provided. Clean linens and towels will be provided at your request. You are welcome to bring your own towels and linens. No price reduction will be given.

Pet Policy

A one time, non-refundable fee of $50.00 +tax will be charged for your pets’ stay. Limit of two pet’s allowed per cabin. Owners are responsible to pay for any damage caused by their pet(s). Cost of damage will be estimated and payment will be satisfied prior to your departure.

Reservation Policy

Reservations will not be considered booked until your security deposit is received. Security deposit equals half of total stay. All deposits in U.S. Funds must be received within 5 days after your reservation is made, unless different arrangements are approved.  All personal checks must first clear to secure your reservation. The remainder of your payment is due upon arrival. We do not accept credit cards as payment, but a credit card number is required to hold the reservations until the check for security deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy

Because we do not overbook our cabins and reservations take accommodations off of the market, please make every effort to inform us if you are unable to arrive on your reserved dates. Please read the following carefully!

• Only when your notice of cancellation is received by us 2 weeks or more in advance of your scheduled arrival, will the reservation deposit be returned to you.
• If reservation is cancelled after the 2 week time frame, your reservation deposit will be forfeited to us. If cancellation is due to conditions out of your control, you may reschedule your stay for a later date, based on cabin availability.
• Cancellation policy applies to daily and monthly rates.

No Show No Call Policy

If you are a no show on your scheduled date nor do you call to inform us of your need to change your arrival plans, your deposit is automatically forfeited.  The remainder of your scheduled stay will not be honored.

Walk-ins

Are gladly accepted based upon cabin availability at which time your payment is due in full.
